lIn the late 1990s, I started out as a career changer in the IT industry and gained valuable experience at renowned companies such as Siemens, GE CompuNet, Atelco and other service providers. My activities included the procurement of hardware and software, the installation of system components, employee training and the support and maintenance of systems through to technical support.
In 2004, my professional focus shifted to the up-and-coming smartphone sector following an apprenticeship at the Telekom partner store in Wiesbaden-Biebrich. There I managed the cell phone repair workshop and was the central point of contact for all matters relating to regular customer support.
From 2009 to 2014, I was Managing Director of the “NoProb Reparaturen” warranty service center in Wiesbaden, which was licensed by well-known manufacturers such as Nokia, Samsung and Motorola.
