1. General billing

Support and other services are billed on a time-and-materials basis.


The hourly rate is:
€49 per hour (In accordance with Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), no VAT is charged.)
Billing is calculated per hour or part thereof.


Remote and email support:
Consultancy and support services provided via email, telephone or messaging services are also billed as working hours.
The processing of enquiries, including those of a short-term nature (e.g. technical assessments, fault analyses, etc.), constitutes a chargeable service.


Surcharges
The following surcharges apply for services outside regular business hours:
outside business hours: +25%
on Sundays and public holidays: +50%
The surcharges are not cumulative.
On Sundays and public holidays, only the 50% surcharge applies.


Business hours
Regular business hours are:
Mon–Fri 11:00–19:00
Sat. 11:00 – 18:00


Billing conditions
The use of support services, particularly outside business hours,
is provided at the customer’s request or following an active enquiry from the customer.


Note
By using the support services, the customer agrees to be billed in accordance with this price and service list.
